      <description>&lt;p&gt;Apparently, if you &lt;a href="http://news.com.com/8301-10784_3-9739869-7.html" title="Sprint breaks up with high-maintenance customers&amp;quot;"&gt;call up Sprint&amp;#8217;s support often enough, they&amp;#8217;ll terminate your contract with no penalties&lt;/a&gt;. If you think about it, this is a profound statement about their customer base. Either they are confident that most of their customers don&amp;#8217;t want out of a contract *or* they are confident that most of their customers are either too lazy or too stupid to realize that this gives them an out from their contract.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
